摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit device that has less power loss on the output rectifying circuit side. SOLUTION: The power supply circuit device 10 is provided with an output rectifying circuit 12 that supplies to a load Z a current a1 transmitted via a transformer, that is connected to a DC power supply circuit 11 and a FET switching control device 13, that is operated by detecting a potential p at the output rectifying circuit 12 side. The FET switch control device 13 controls the on/off of first and second FET switching elements Q1 and Q2 of the DC power supply circuit 11 and third and fourth FET switching elements Q3 and Q4 of the output rectifying circuit 12 side, if a change in the potential p is detected at the output rectifying circuit 12 side. The on/off control of these elements Q3 and Q4 is performed by a one-shot circuit to supply electric power to the load Z, by having a both-switching-element conduction prevention periodαset.
