PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement module capable of precisely measuring temperature, without contacting, even if the materials of objects to be measured of a pan and the like are different, and to provide a temperature measuring method that uses the module. SOLUTION: The module includes a first infrared sensor 22 that measures a specified wavelength region of infrared rays radiated by the object to be measured, a second infrared sensor 23 that measures a wavelength region longer than the wavelength region that the first sensor 22 measures, a first temperature detecting means 42 that detects the temperature of the object, from the ratio of intensity of the infrared rays that the first and the second sensor 22, 23 measure, a second temperature detecting means 43 that detects the temperature of the object, from the intensity of the infrared rays that the second sensor 23 measures, and a comparing means 47 that compares the temperature data outputted by the detecting means 42, 43 to output higher temperature data.
