PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller unit for a roller conveyor capable of enhancing the durability of a bearing part of a roller to a roller frame. SOLUTION: A first bottom plate 18 is integrally formed on an inner side surface of a first side plate of first and second divided frames 14, 15 to constitute a roller frame 13, and a second bottom plate 19 is integrally formed on an inner side surface of a second side plate 17. A connection pin 18b and an engagement hole 18c are alternately formed in a butted end face of the first bottom plate 18, and the connection pin 18b, a connection pin 19b to be engaged with the engagement hole 18c, and an engagement hole are alternately formed in a butted end face of the second bottom plate 19. A roller 12 is supported by the first and second side plates 16, 17 via first and second stays 24, 25. Auxiliary supporting projecting bars 18e, 19e are formed on upper surfaces of the first and second bottom plates 18, 19 so as to be located immediately below the roller 12, and the roller 12 is received by the auxiliary supporting projecting bars 18e, 19e when the roller 12 is displaced downward under an excessive load.
