PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stick a label by conveying it without using a carrier even a non-self-standing vessel. SOLUTION: In the vessel treatment device, a labeller 1 is provided with a rotation body 3 having a plurality of retaining means 31 for retaining the vessel 2; and label sticking mechanisms 4, 5 arranged on both stations A, B. A first receiving/giving mechanism 14 is provided at a position adjacent to the rotation body 3 and a feeding conveyor 13 for conveying the vessel 2 to the adjacent position and a robot 15 are further provided. The robot 15 attracts/retains the vessel 2 in the falling state conveyed by the feeding conveyor 13 and allows the vessel to stand in the standing state. Thereafter, the robot 15 receives/gives the vessel to a retaining means 26 of the first receiving/giving mechanism 14 at a receiving/giving area E. The retaining means 26 of the first receiving/giving mechanism 14 receives/gives the vessel 2 to a retaining means 31 at the rotation body 3 side in the standing state at the receiving/giving area F.
