PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a press-molded product of thin plate wood enabling the use by an electronic oven, hard to cause the getting-out of shape and having a preferable quality feeling. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the press-molded product is constituted so as to clamp the thin plate wood 1, which has a thermoplastic resin film 11 bonded to its one side 10a, under pressure and includes a pretreatment process (step S11) for heating the thin plate wood 1, to which water is added, to soften the same and a press molding process (step S12) for heating the thin plate wood 1 softened in the pretreatment process (step S11) to clamp the same at a predetermined press temperature under pressure to perform its press molding.
