Lead screws (56a-56d) and nut members (62a-62d) screwed to the lead screws (56a-56d), respectively, are provided at a wire operation section (52) for operating a wire (14) for bending operation of a bend (10). In a drive source unit (8B) disconnectably connected to the wire operation section (52), there are provided a drive force generation means (19), a drive coupling shaft (37) driven in the direction of rotation of the shaft by drive force from the drive force generation means (19), and drive couplings (31a-31d). To connect the drive source unit (8B) and the wire operation section (52), the lead screws (56a-56d) are rotated in the direction of rotation of the drive coupling shaft (37) by the drive force generation means (19) via the drive coupling shaft (37), thereby the nut members (62a-62d) are moved in the axial direction to pull the wire (14).
