Dressing for laying around a surgically applied cord from human or animal body opening or hole, has fleece mat interspersed with super absorber particle and fleece mat is surrounded by liquid-permeable covering. Dressing has the fleece mat (1) which is interspersed with super absorber-particle (10). The fleece mat is surrounded by a liquid-permeable covering which forms a barrier for constant excretion and makes possible the absorbing and sucking of removable material by the absorbing body arranged within the covering.
