KEYPAD AND KEYPAD ASSEMBLY

A keypad and a keypad assembly are provided to illuminate key buttons uniformly, and to reduce power consumption and a manufacturing cost by having an elastic light guide panel between key buttons and protrusions. A keypad includes a light guide panel(220), at least one key button(245), and a reflective pattern(230). A light passes through the inside of the light guide panel(220). At least one key button(245) is arranged on an upper plane of the light guide panel(220). The key button(245) is attached to the upper plane of the light guide panel(220) by an adhesive unit(247) having a refractive index which breaks a total reflection condition of the light. The reflective pattern(230) is locally formed on the light guide panel(220). The reflective pattern(230) reflects a part of the light which propagates into the inside of the light guide panel(220) to the key button side(245).
