<p>The invention concerns the system of forming color stereo images and can be used in manufacturing computer or television monitors. The invention allows to form a stereo color image having a high definition, without geometrical deformations, with a maximal resolution and a large visual field. According to the invention, left and right color frames of a stereo pair are formed, the left and right color frames of the stereo pair are divided into two different sets of basic colors, Z<SUB>l</SUB> and Z<SUB>r</SUB>, respectively (sets of basic colors including at least three spectrally independent colors), the left and right color frames are displayed by using basic colors Z<SUB>l</SUB> and Z<SUB>r</SUB>, respectively (the left frame employing the basic colors Z<SUB>l</SUB>, and the "right" frame employing the basic colors Z<SUB>r</SUB>), the colors are filtered so the user could only see the left frame of the stereo pair with her left eye, without seeing the right one, and could only see the right frame of the stereo pair with her right eye, without seeing the left one.</p> |
