A display device, a method of fabricating the same, and an electric equipment including the same are provided to improve the transmission efficiency of light emitted from a back light, the brightness, and the display quality by setting an angle of light emitted from a liquid crystal display panel according to a viewing angle range of a user. Liquid crystals are sealed between substrates(5,6) facing each other to form a liquid crystal display panel. A back light(3) lights the liquid crystal display panel. An electrode and an alignment layer are formed in one substrate and the other substrate, respectively. A part of the electrode of the other substrate becomes a light reflective pixel electrode, and a light transmissive part is formed at a part of the pixel electrode. A transparent electrode(240) is formed in the region where the light transmissive part is formed to become a light transmission display part, and the light reflective pixel electrode forming region becomes a light reflection display part. The back light is disposed at the other substrate. Light emitted from the back light and transmitting the liquid crystal display panel is emitted from the liquid crystal display panel while having a directivity of a predetermined angle with respect to the light transmission display part or a normal of a display surface of the liquid crystal display panel.
