<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus camera for which alignment is easily adjusted when photographing a fundus peripheral part. <P>SOLUTION: The fundus camera comprises: an illumination system 30 for illuminating the fundus Ef of an eye E to be examined; a photographing optical system 31 for photographing the fundus Ef of the eye E to be examined; a fixation target projection system 100 for projecting a fixation target for guiding the line of sight of the eye E to be examined toward the eye E to be examined; an alignment target projection system 56 for projecting an alignment target 58a for positioning for the eye E to be examined to the eye E to be examined; an observation system including a monitor 53 for displaying the fundus image 54 of the eye E to be examined together with an alignment target image 58' and alignment reference position marks 104a, 104b, 104c and 104d; a fixation target position change means for changing the presenting position of the fixation target when photographing the center part of the fundus Ef of the eye E to be examined and the peripheral part of the fundus Ef of the eye E to be examined; and an alignment target presenting position change means for changing the presenting position of the alignment target 58a in the direction of the optical axis O1 of the photographing optical system 31 and a direction orthogonal to the optical axis O1 of the photographing optical system 31 corresponding to the fixation target position change means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
