PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of more clearly comprehending that what original image is outputted on what transfer paper sheet.

SOLUTION: In a copying machine 1, an image control CPU 11 is provided with: a composition program 11b4 which composites a composite image having an aggregate original image by aggregating a plurality of original images for every preset number of aggregation, a transfer paper sheet number corresponding to an original page of the original image and a transfer paper sheet number corresponding to an order of formation and output of the integrated original image on transfer paper; and a printer part 40 which forms and outputs the composite image on the transfer paper sheet.
