<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supporting foodstuff manufacturing, etc., capable of improving efficiency in foodstuff manufacturing and quality in manufacturing by performing manufacturing management which matches the specific circumstances of a foodstuff manufacturing line. <P>SOLUTION: The device comprises a network IF 6 for receiving the respective inputs of the amount of an overturn that is the actual manufacturing results of cooked food in a cooking process to be supported, the amount of establishment that is the established order entry amount of the cooked food in the cooking process to be supported, and the amount of delivery of the cooked food to be delivered to a processing process in delivering which is performed, before/after the processing process, corresponding to the cooking process to be supported; an external storage part 2 for storing the received overturn amount, establishment amount, and delivery amount; and a quantity calculating part 5a for reading the overturn amount, the establishment amount, and the delivery amount from the external storage part 2, when a prescribed opportunity comes, performing a prescribed operation to obtain the difference of each amount, and then calculating the quantity difference that is the theoretical amount of overage and shortage of the cooked food in the cooking process to be supported. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
