PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subjective map generating system, with which a subjective map can be easily generated in which a utilization value is very high for a user based on an individual viewpoint of the user. SOLUTION: The subjective map generation is performed by; relating and collecting position information and time information by an information collecting means 21; relating and storing action information, the position information and the time information which are collected, by an information storing means 22; storing an existing map data by an existing map storing means 23; dividing the existing map data into a plurality of regions by a region dividing means 24; counting a moving cycle to surrounding regions afterwards, by setting the region in which the position information makes a counterpart of the time information which shows the oldest time is located, to a start region by moving cycle counting means 25; and generating a network for connecting all moved regions in a moving time order, and weighting the moving network with a weighting value which is determined for each between-regions, and embedding the extracted subjective information to an existing objective map data, by a moving network generating means 26.
