PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cheap torque utilized article of high reliability and easy in assembling. SOLUTION: In the torque utilized article having an inner ring member, an outer ring member and a torque generating member to give frictional power between the outer face of the inner ring member and the inner face of the outer ring, the inner ring member has an inner ring and a shield part formed integrally with an inner ring body. Its shield part has the end edge face to contact to the inner face or separate therefrom at a minute distance in one of ends of the outer ring member. The article is characterized in that the outer ring member has the outer ring and the side wall which is formed integrally with the outer ring and facing the shield part of the inner ring member and separating from the torque generating member.
