PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably join an anchor bar to a lock member. SOLUTION: A buried anchor 20 comprises the lock member 21 having an insertion hole 23 and inserted into a wall panel 10 and the anchor bar 29 inserted into the insertion hole 23 inside the wall panel 10. An elastic member 26 is fitted to the lock member 21. The elastic member 26 comprises a holding hole 27 in which the anchor bar 29 is inserted while elastically widening and is formed to be able to elastically hold the anchor bolt 29 from at least two directions after the insertion. The lock member 21 is cylindrically formed so that female threads are formed on the inner surface thereof and the insertion hole 23 is passed therethrough in the radial direction.
