PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative anion-generating coating film and an anion-generating coating material generating anion beneficial to human body and living environment. SOLUTION: The anion-generating coating film sporadically contains a component forming luminescent spots or dark spots in the coating film formed by an anion generating coating material.
