PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target substance-catching molecule improving productivity and also improved with bonding characteristics with the target substance. SOLUTION: This catching molecule having≥2 domains for bonding specifically with each of different sites of the target substance is constituted by the≥2 domains of (1) a first domain having a hypervariable loop structure at the bonding site with the target substance and (2) a second domain without having the hypervariable loop structure at the bonding site with the target substance.
