PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water in oil type skin lotion composition having an excellent emulsion stability against a polar oily component containing a specific ultraviolet light-absorbing agent by blending a both terminal silicone-modified glycerol having a specific structure as an emulsifier. SOLUTION: This oil in water type skin lotion composition is characterized by containing silicone-modified glycerol at both ends expressed by general formula (a) [wherein, R1 is a 1-12C straight chain or branched alkyl or phenyl; R2 is a 2-11C alkylene; (m) is 10-120; and (n) is 1-11], polar oily component and specific ultraviolet light-absorbing agent.
