PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing oolong tea extracted solution having high extraction efficiency of nonpolymerized catechin, and excellent flavor having fermentation feeling, depth and no odd taste, and to provide packaged oolong tea beverage using the extracted solution produced by the method. SOLUTION: This method for producing the oolong tea extracted solution comprises using a column extractor and includes processes as follows. (1) A process of supplying hot water to the column extractor and charging oolong tea leaves, (2) a process of supplying an aqueous solution in which 0.2-19 wt.% of sodium hydrogencarbonate or sodium carbonate is dissolved to the column extractor 0.5-20 min after the charged oolong tea leaves and hot water begin to come into contact with each other, and (3) a process of supplying hot water to the column extractor and drawing out extracted solution.
