PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet enclosing apparatus for automobile, which is a pet enclosing apparatus used in putting a pet in an automobile and transporting and with which a compartment is not contaminated by a pet and a pet does not feel a tight feeling. SOLUTION: The pet enclosing apparatus for automobile comprises a flexible sheet and in a use state, has a mat 12 formed in a bag-like shape with an open top part, composed of a bottom part 13, a front part 14, a rear part 15, a pair of mutually facing side parts 16 and 17. The upper part of the front part 14 of the mat 12 is equipped with a front part hole 19 to be detachably fitted to a headrest 6 of a front seat 2 arranged in the compartment of an automobile. The upper part of the rear part 15 of the mat 12 is equipped with a rear part hole 20 to be detachably fitted to a headrest 7 of a rear seat 3 arranged in the compartment of an automobile.
