<p>A gasket having a cross sectional shape longer than it is wide and is prevented from falling over and bucking. The gasket (1) is installed in an installation groove (2) formed in either of two opposite surfaces and having a cross sectional shape that is longer in the depth direction of the groove than it is wide. The gasket (1) has a meandering section (1a) meandering in the width direction of the installation groove (2) and also has a rib (1b) provided projecting from the inner periphery (1c) and/or the outer periphery (1d) of the meandering section (1a).</p> |
