Disclosed is a recombinant mononegavirus vector which can express a foreign gene at a high level while retaining a good proliferation ability inherent to the virus itself, of which expression efficiency is hardly affected by the length or type of the foreign gene, and which can have multiple foreign genes inserted therein. A recombinant mononegavirus vector having a genome segmented into two or more segments, at least one of the genome segments including a foreign gene capable of being expressed in a host.
