<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous carbon material for a fuel cell having excellent conductivity, gas permeability, corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, mechanical strength, and thermal conductivity, with easy processing and capable of using suitably for an electrode substrate, a substrate, and a reservoir, a porous carbon material for the fuel cell which can be manufactured easily and at low cost without requiring a severe condition, its manufacturing method, and a CFRP thermal conductive member having thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, thermal resistance, and conductivity with easy processing, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This is a porous carbon material made of carbon fiber and a binder, and the carbon fiber has a graphite crystallinity with a size of crystallite Lc(002) of 13 nm or more and has a fiber length of 1 mm or more and 25 mm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
