<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software consumption measuring apparatus for measuring the consumption for proper charging, even when software is used in usage form other than usual usage forms. <P>SOLUTION: A software consumption measuring and processing apparatus for obtaining consumption information on the usage of the software by outputting the software including a plurality of unit data capable of being segmented is provided with an expanding means for restoring each of the unit data which are in advance compression-processed, by expanding, a detecting means for detecting that these unit data have been used, by detecting that the expansion of the unit data by the expanding means has been completed, a counting means for counting the number of times of the unit data detected by the detecting means, and a deciding means for deciding the consumption to the usage of the software corresponding to the counted result of the counting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
