<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely estimate a temperature of thermogenic electronic-component using a temperature sensor apart from the component. <P>SOLUTION: A coefficient k indicating correlation corresponding to the driving condition of a motor M is stored in a storage device 30, and the driving condition of the motor M of a driving device is detected by a motor rotational speed sensor 53. The coefficient responding to the rotational speed N of the motor M is acquired by a calculating means 10 for an estimated amount of temperature changes. From the acquired coefficient k and an amount ΔTS of temperature change in temperature detected by a temperature sensor 52, the calculating means calculates the amount ΔT(n) of estimated temperature changes of FET51. An estimation value calculating means 20 calculates the present estimated temperature T(n) from a previous estimated temperature T(n-1) and the amount ΔT(n) of estimated temperature change that is calculated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
