<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element wherein a semiconductor layer having excellent electron conductivity and a uniform film is formed. <P>SOLUTION: In this photoelectric conversion element at least composed of a conductive substrate, a semiconductor layer, a charge transporting layer, and a counter electrode, the semiconductor layer is formed by making nanotube-shaped titania having a longitudinal length of 1 μm or longer, which is manufactured by electrolytic oxidation of titanium or an alloy having titanium as a main component in an electrolytic solution containing an ion having a halogen atom in it, adhere to the conductive substrate by electrophoresis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
