<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion preventing device capable of being equipped with spring type upper door and lower door opening and closing the rear opening of the body by a motor, opening the upper door prior to the lower door to close it after the lower door, making an upper edge of the lower door abut on a lower edge of the upper door to have the most suitable back door by making it possible to completely close both doors and stopping and turning over the closing movement of the upper door by making detection of an obstacle or foreign matter in advance without touching the upper door to the obstacle or the foreign matter in the case the upper door makes the closing movement. <P>SOLUTION: The insertion preventing device is equipped with a controlling means 4 controlling the motor M1 making the openable driving of the upper door 2a, a first detection means 5 making detection whether or not there is the obstacle in the closing direction of the upper door 2a in a rear position of a vehicle in the case the upper door 2a makes the closing movement and a second detection means 6 making detection of the foreign matter located in the upper edge of the lower door 2b in a closing state, the obstacle or the foreign matter is detected by both detection means 5 and 6 before the obstacle or the foreign matter is touched to the upper door 2a, and the motor M1 is controlled by the controlling means 4 so that it can be stopped or turned over. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
