PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption when terrestrial digital broadcast is received and displayed in case of a disaster.

SOLUTION: This emergency broadcasting automatic receiving system of mobile radio equipment which receives the terrestrial digital broadcasting is provided with: a mobile radio equipment base station 104 which performs transmission/reception of calls and communications with each mobile radio equipment 105; a terrestrial digital broadcasting base station 101 which performs terrestrial digital broadcasting to mobile radio equipment belonging to each mobile radio equipment base station; a server 102 on the side of the terrestrial digital broadcasting base station which monitors the terrestrial digital broadcasting; a server 103 on the side of the mobile radio base station which receives emergency broadcasting notification from the server on the side of the terrestrial digital broadcasting base station to transmit the emergency broadcasting to each mobile radio equipment base station; a terrestrial digital broadcasting receiving function part 105A which receives the terrestrial digital broadcasting; a display part 105D which displays the terrestrial digital broadcasting; an accumulation part 105C which accumulates the terrestrial digital broadcasting; and an emergency alarm broadcasting notification receiving function part 105B which receives the terrestrial digital broadcasting in reception of the emergency alarm broadcasting notification during standby.
