<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier having stable temperature/humidity exchanging characteristic by reducing impairing of gas flow and preventing blockage of a flow channel. <P>SOLUTION: In this humidifier, a humidification stacked body has the horizontal stacking direction, a separator 9 is provided with a humidifying gas inlet manifold 11 at one of upper corners, a humidified gas inlet manifold 12 at the other upper corner, a humidifying gas outlet manifold at a diagonal position of one upper corner, a humidified gas outlet manifold at a diagonal position of the other upper corner, humidifying gas flow channels 21a-21f formed on one face to communicating the humidifying gas inlet manifold with the humidifying gas outlet manifold, and a humidified gas flow channel formed on the other face for communicating the humidified gas inlet manifold and the humidified gas outlet manifold and allowing the humidified gas to flow as opposed flow of the humidifying gas, and a lower side wall of the humidifying gas flow channel is inclined downward with respect to horizon toward the humidifying gas flowing direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
