PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent, for example, damages to a toner discharge pipe extending from a cleaner and damage to a toner inlet of a waste-toner recovery container, and to smoothly attach/detach the waste-toner recovery container to/from a container attaching section. SOLUTION: The waste toner recovery device 60 includes the waste-toner recovery container 62 and the container-attaching section 63. The toner discharge pipe 67, inserted in the toner inlet 66 of the waste-toner recovering container 62, projects from the container attaching section 63. The container-attaching section 63 includes a blocking section 80, having a wall 82 and a support base 81 supporting the waste-toner recovery container 62. This blocking section 80 blocks movement of the waste-toner recovery container 62 in the directions, in which the toner discharge pipe 67 is inserted and removed, until the leading end of the toner discharge pipe 67 goes out of the toner inlet 66, when the waste-toner recovery container 62 is detached from the container attaching section 63.
