PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden board and a unit floor material causing few shape changes, e.g. warping, or changes of the color tone due to a weatherability deterioration. SOLUTION: The wooden board is composition lumber formed of a cellulosic material and a synthetic resin as main materials, and its cross-section has a structure that the outer periphery of a base layer material is covered with a surface layer material comprising components different from those of the base layer material. In either or both of the resin-made trestle 4 and the wooden board 5, a recess is preferably formed so as to allow digging chips 9 produced in joint of the resin-made trestle 4 and the wooden board 5 together by the use of a joint member 6 to escape. More specifically, a recess is preferably formed in the contact surface between the resin-made trestle 4 and the wooden board 5 when the wooden board 5 is mounted on the resin-made trestle 4: the recess may be formed in the resin-made trestle 4 and/or the wooden board 5.
