PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform preparing work in a short time before placing concrete when constructing a structure by successively jointing the concrete by imparting shape retentivity. SOLUTION: This flexible water cut-off joint comprises a precedently placing fixing part 21 and a succeedingly placing fixing part 22 embedded in and fixed to preceding and succeeding concrete structures 12 and 13 by placement, an expansion part 23 arranged between these parts and capable of water cut-off and relative displacement, and a foaming support member 24 of a foaming material arranged outside these preceding and succeeding placing fixing parts 21 and 22 and the expansion part 23, installed so that a shape can be held by making an inside surface substantially coincide with an outside surface of a flexible water cut-off joint 20 and making the outside surface substantially flush with an outside surface of the concrete structures 12 and 13. Deformation performance of the flexible water cut-off joint is maintained by compressive deformation capacity of the forming support member itself, and the preparing work can be easily performing in a short time by placing by supporting the shape-holding flexible water cut-off joint 20 by a gable end form 16 via a support member 25.
