PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat where scratch resistance of a toilet seat body is improved and stain stuck to a bottom plate can simply be wiped off even if it is left unremoved for a long period of time by thermally welding a toilet seat body made of PBT resin and the bottom plate where a resin film provided with a low surface energy layer is integrally molded. SOLUTION: The toilet seat 4 is constituted by thermally welding the bottom plate 7 to the toilet seat body 8 having a seat surface. The toilet seat body 8 is a resin mold composed of PBT resin or mixed resin of PBT resin and PET resin. The bottom plate 7 is a resin mold obtained by providing the PET resin film 6 including the low surface energy layer on the surface on the surface of the mixed resin of the PBT resin and the PET resin.
