The invention relates to a blown film manufacturing installation (15) that has the following characteristics: a blow head (2) from which a tubular film (1) can be extruded; at least one fan (20, 23, 27), with the aid of which air can be delivered to the tubular film (1) or can be evacuated from the interior of the tubular film (1) and which (20, 23, 27) is fitted with at least one ventilation rotor that is rotatable during operation. According to the invention, at least one ventilation rotor is provided which is effectively joined to connectable means for dissipating and converting kinetic energy (40, 43, 47) such that the rotation of said ventilation rotor can be decelerated. The invention further relates to a corresponding method for operating a blown film manufacturing installation (15). |
