<p>This invention provides a lithographic printing plate material comprising a thermal image forming layer, which changes from a hydrophilic state to a hydrophobic state upon exposure to heat or light energy, provided on a base material having a hydrophilic surface, characterized by comprising, as any of the layers on the base material, a colored layer containing an electron donating coloring compound and a water soluble electron receiving developing compound, and a method for visible image formation.</p> |
