<p>An on-line rolling contact fatigue tester for inspecting the simulated working condition. Said tester comprises driving means, loading means, testing means, lubricant oil analysis and lubricating means and signal collecting means. Wherein, said testing means comprises a testing cavity and a temperature control cavity. Said temperature control cavity is interlinked with a transmission shaft. The lower end of said testing cavity is interference fitted with the end of said transmission shaft and set in the temperature cavity. An upper sample, a rolling element and a lower sample are set in the testing cavity. An abruptly stopping cam is set above the said upper sample, a needle thrust bearing is set on the upper surface of said cam and conjugated with the pressure block of a loading lever.</p> |
