The plate has a rigid frame with an opening (16) for feed through of a cable. An elastomer partition wall has a passage opening (22) for the cable, where the passage opening is expandable through the cross section o the opening (16). The opening (22) is closed using a sealing foil (24) that is attached at the frame and is made of polyethylene. The wall and the foil are inserted and held between the front and rear-side parts of the frame.
