摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer type optical information recording medium having thin disk thickness, nearly free from generation of cross-talk and nearly free from incorrect reading when reproduction is performed. <P>SOLUTION: An optical information recording substrate (21) has ruggedness on its surface and a reflection layer (23a) formed on the surface of the ruggedness. An intermediate resin layer (11a) has ruggedness on the reflection layer and a reflection layer (23b) formed on the surface of the ruggedness. In the optical information recording medium wherein the intermediate resin layer (11a) is provided on the reflection layer (23a) of the optical information recording substrate (21) so that the surface of the intermediate resin layer having no ruggedness is opposed to the reflection layer (23a) of the surface of the substrate (21) along the ruggedness on the reflection layer of the surface of substrate, and one or more other intermediate layers each having ruggedness and a reflection layer are further provided on the reflection layer of the intermediate resin layer already provided along the ruggedness, at least adjacent two layers of the intermediate resin layers have refractive indices different from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
