PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a problem on operability in fixing a decorative panel to a ceiling-embedded air conditioner main body that a screw may drop as the screw is fastened upward, and both hands must be used in work to prevent dropping of the screw. SOLUTION: The decorative panel 2 is positioned on an undersurface of the air conditioner main body 1, locking portions 4a are formed on a frame 4 mounted on a lower portion of a drain pan, engagement portions 2a engaged with the locking portions 4a are formed on the decorative panel 2, and hole portions 6 in which fixing screws 5 are penetrated, are formed on end portions in the shape of U-slot opened at its end side. The fixing screw 5 has a butterfly-shaped head portion 5a, and is provided with a male screw thread as a screw portion 5b at its tip portion, and its intermediate portion has the straight rod shape of a prescribed length as a straight rod portion 5c. Only the straight rod portion 5c of the fixing screw 5 has a diameter capable of being inserted into the hole portion 6, and the head portion 5a and the screw portion 5b are locked by diameters larger than the hole portion 6.
