<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device in which display properties are improved by improving current response speed at turn-on/turn-off operation of a light source. <P>SOLUTION: As shown in a figure 2, this display device comprises a current generator 10 outputting a given driving current; a first channel 2a for supplying the driving current output from the current generator to a light source; a second channel 2b taking out the driving current supplied to the light source; a switch 30 for supplying the driving current output from the current generator to one of the first channel and the second channel; and a control unit 40 which so controls the switch as to supply the driving current output from the current generator to the first channel at turn-on operation of the light source, and supply the driving current to the second channel at turn-off operation of the light source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
