PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in adhesive strength without using a primer. SOLUTION: In the laminate, a polymer composition layer comprising an olefin polymer (A) comprising an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which contains ethylene and a 3-20Cα-olefin and is produced by using a metallocene catalyst or a rubbery polymer (A-1) such as a hydrogenated rubber in which at least 50% of the total olefinic double bonds of an unsaturated rubber comprising a homopolymer and/or a copolymer having double bonds in the main chains and side chains and/or a thermoplastic resin (A-2) and a copolymer (B) comprising thermoplastic resin units and polyether units and a urethane polymer (B) layer are adhered to each other without using the primer.
