摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel manufacturing method of liquid phase composite nano particles, a coating method of a semiconductor surface, the semiconductor nano particles which are obtained by them and which can emit light, and a light emitting element using semiconductor coating. <P>SOLUTION: In inactive organic solvent, a semiconductor molecule and reducing agent are made to react at a reaction temperature of 0°C or below so that a ratio B/A of an equivalence number B of reducing agents with respect to the number of mols A in a semiconductor element included in the semiconductor molecule becomes 3 to 4 at the time of forming the semiconductor nano particles or the semiconductor coating by making the molecule comprising the semiconductor element and reducing agent chemically react. The reducing agent which is soluble in inactive organic solvent is used, and the desired nano particles are obtained with a condition that uniform reaction is caused. A semiconductor material is immersed in inactive organic solvent and the ratio B/A is set to 1 to 4.
