<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately obtain a backward-displacement preventing action of an operation pedal even when the buckling is not caused in a pedal bracket. <P>SOLUTION: A groove for breaking is provided around an upper side mounting part 26 of the pedal bracket 14, and the upper side mounting part 26 is separated from the pedal bracket 14 by breaking with the load in retreating of a dash panel 12. Since the pedal bracket 14 allows that the tip end side turns so as to be displaced downward as shown by the arrow A by making a lower side mounting part 28 as a fulcrum by the action of a guide member 50, the turning amount (inclined angle) of the pedal bracket becomes large comparing to the case wherein the pedal bracket 14 is displaced by the buckling of the lower side mounting part 28 in a conventional way, and the backward-displacement preventing action of the operation pedal 18 is sufficiently obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
