摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately measure the speed of a contrast medium by a doppler method by performing a contrast echo method by parenteral infusion even in a region which is largely affected by tissue echo. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic device comprises: a transmission driving means for transmitting an ultrasonic beam signal to a subject; a reception processing means for adding the received echo signals by phasing; a doppler extracting means for extracting, from the echo signal, the doppler shift frequency of a non-linear component in the reflection signal of the ultrasonic beam signal reflecting the non-linear vibration of the ultrasonic contrast medium which is generated in response to irradiation when the ultrasonic contrast medium which is infused to the blood vessel of the subject, is irradiated with the ultrasonic beam signal; a frequency/speed converting means for converting the doppler shift frequency f<SB>d</SB>extracted by the doppler extracting means into a speed component v by following the conversion formula of v=Vcos<SB>θ</SB>=Cf<SB>d</SB>/(2f<SB>set</SB>+f<SB>d</SB>) (in the formula, C: sound speed, V: the movement speed of an object to be moved in the subject, v: the ultrasonic beam directional component of the movement speed V,θ: an angle made by an object movement direction and the ultrasonic beam, f<SB>set</SB>: a setting frequency for converting the speed, and f<SB>d</SB>: the doppler shift frequency); a display means for displaying speed information of the ultrasonic contrast medium which is infused to the blood vessel of the subject, based on the converted speed component v.
