PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arm rest free to easily operate in working with an operating lever and capable of performing a role of a handle to be a support for conventional getting-on-and-off as an arm rest of a tractor as it is recently further desired to improve an agricultural working machine, for example a working vehicle from a view point of a universal design for convenient work and easy operation as well as repletion of performance. SOLUTION: This arm rest structure of the working vehicle is furnished with a driving seat 3 on a frame and furnished with the arm rests 23 on both left and right sides of the driving seat 3, the arm rests are set along a fender upper surface from a fender rear part to cover a rear wheel of the working vehicle onto a longitudinal middle part, front parts from intermediate parts in the longitudinal direction of the arm rests are constituted narrow in width and by inclining them downward to the front, rear part upper surfaces of them are constituted into wide horizontal surfaces and their front parts are made holding parts.
