PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parasiticide and an insect pest control agent containing a compound improved in pharmacokinetics, safety characteristics, durability and solubility. SOLUTION: A combination agent of a 1-aryl-4-cyclopropylpyrazole derivative containing at least one fluorine bonding to a cyclopropyl ring (e.g., 5-amino-1-[2, 6-dichloro-4-pentafluorothiophenyl]-4-[2, 2-difluoro-1-(trifluoromethyl)cyclopropyl]-1H-pyrazole-3-carbonyl or the like) with one or more therapeutic agent, especially with the parasiticide, is claimed.
