PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine which has high safety, when administered for a long period, and can prevent and/or treat diabetic complications. SOLUTION: The present invention proposes a zinc organic complex containing a compound comprising aspirin, salicylic acid or their derivatives having a benzene ring, respectively, as a ligand as a compound having a hypotensive action, a leptin resistance-improving action and an insulin resistance-improving action, and uses the compound as a medicine for preventing and/or treating the diabetic complications.
