PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically distinguish an accuracy management sample and to automatically transmit sample data required for external accuracy management of an analyzer to a management device. SOLUTION: This analyzer for clinical testing, which can be connected to the management device through a network, comprises: an analyzing means for measuring a sample in a container; a transmitting means for transmitting predetermined information to the management device through the network; a means for reading a barcode being attached to the container and having identification information of the sample; and a control means for determining whether or not the sample be an accuracy management material by reading the barcode and for controlling the transmitting means to transmit the sample data obtained by the analyzing means by measuring the accuracy management material to the management device when the sample is the accuracy management material.
