PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration absorbing device for always restricting the vibration movement of a payload part respective to an EL frame within a certain range in all directions in spite of translation and angle displacement over the rating of an AL rotating mechanism and an EL rotating mechanism to always optically maintain a distance space between both of them. SOLUTION: Between an outside plate 12 and an inside plate 13 of a vibration absorbing mechanism 5, six spring struts 18, three air dampers 19 and three stopper elements 21 of a stopper mechanism are arranged in equally spaced relation. The six spring struts 18 elastically damp accelerating force received from the outside at one side and restrict their expansion within a certain range at the other side. The three air dampers 19 absorb rapid acceleration. Each of the stopper elements 21 restricts all-direction displacement within a certain range with a front end spherical bracket 22 and a semi-spherical guide bracket 23 combined in one set.
